get insight into how hard the struggle has been.
The event, opened on August 9, is as part of activities to mark the 52nd anniversary of AO/Dioxin catastrophe in Vietnam (1961-2013) and the 10th founding anniversary of the Vietnam Association of Victims of AO/dioxin (VAVA).
The photos feature VAVA’s activities over the past decade, Vietnamese AO victims’ lawsuit in the US , and life of children who were exposed to AO/dioxin as well as their integration efforts.
The organisers said they hope the exhibition will encourage young people to learn more about severe consequences left over by the war and difficulties facing AO victims in Vietnam .
It will call on the community to join hand in surmounting the consequences and assisting the victims in their struggle for justice.
The exhibition is taking place concurrently at the Youth Cultural Palace, the Women Cultural palace and the Museum of War Remnants till August 15.-VNA
