Visitors of the exhibition (Source: www.nhandan.com.vn) Hanoi (VNA) – An art exhibition featuring the beauty of of Hanoi kickedoff in the capital on October 7, on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of thecity’s Liberation Day (October 10).
On display are 250 works, with one third ofthem created by young artists and fresh graduates of art universities.
The art works depict the city’s landscapes, traditional festivals, rituals andits people, which were created on various types of materials such as lacquer,acrylic and silk, among others.
Speaking at the event, head of the Hanoi Fine Arts Association Pham Kim Binhsaid the association will focus on raising the quality of art works in thecoming time as well as organise more events and field trips for artists.
