An international conference on frustrated spin systems, cold atoms and nano materials began in Hanoi on July 14, attracting close to 100 Vietnamese and overseas scientists and physicists.
Co-organised by the Institute of Physics under the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and France’s Cergy-Pontoise University, the three-day conference provides an excellent opportunity for Vietnamese and international physicists to discuss cold atoms and nano materials.
It is also a preparatory activity for the forthcoming 24th World Conference on Statistical Physics to be held in Cairns, Australia, next month.
More than 60 scientific reports will be presented to the conference, which will end on July 16./.
