Da Nang to expand Han river green space

The central city of Da Nang has approved a plan to increase green space from 5 percent to 10 percent along the banks of the Han river, Tuoi Tre newspaper reported.

In addition, projects that encroachon the riverbanks will be rejected by the city. Development along thebanks of the river has been disorderly and ill-managed, according tocity authorities.

The city authority has hired a foreign consultant to devise a development strategy for the river banks.-VNA
