A delegation from the Ministry of National Defence will hold a Defence Policy Dialogue with the United States and pay a visit to Canada between October 24 and November 3.
Deputy Defence Minister Sen. Lieut. Gen. Nguyen Chi Vinh, who is leading the delegation, was invited by the US Department of Defence and Canada ’s Department of National Defence.
