DPRK media reports on leader’s visit to Vietnam

The State media of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) on February 27 reported that the country’s leader Kim Jong-un will pay an official friendship visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on March 1 and 2, following the DPRK-USA Hanoi Summit.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State media of the DemocraticPeople’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) on February 27 reported that the country’sleader Kim Jong-un will pay an officialfriendship visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on March 1 and 2,following the DPRK-USA Hanoi Summit.

According to the KoreanCentral News Agency (KCNA), after arriving in Vietnam on February 26,Kim received a report from DPRK top negotiators detailing their preparations forthe second meeting of the DPRK leader with US President Donald Trump.

Kim arrived inHanoi on February 26 morning after a 66-hour journey by train from Pyongyang.Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump also came to Hanoi on February 26’s night.

The KCNAreported that during the first day in Hanoi, Kim visited the DPRK Embassy andcalled for efforts to further consolidate the deep-rooted friendly andcooperative relations between the two parties and countries

KCNA also highlightedthe warm welcome of Vietnamese people to the DPRK leader.-VNA

Thailand offers new incentives to support SMEs
