On July 4, the Dung Quat oil refinery delivered its first batch of 1,900 cubic metres (cu.m) of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to the domestic market.
According to the General Director of the Binh Son Oil Refinery Co. Ltd, Nguyen Hoai Giang, the achievement was an important milestone, marking the completion of the refinery’s technical system.
It will deliver an additional 4,900 cu.m of LPG on July 4 and 5.
At present, the Dung Quat refinery operates all technology plants, reaching 70 percent of its total capacity with 13,000 cu.m of LPG and nearly 20,000 cu.m of unleaded A92 petrol.
The refinery plans to deliver its first batch of 5,000-7,000 cu.m of unleaded A92 petrol to the market soon./.
