Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24,298 VND/USD on November 15, up 8 VND from the previous day.
At major commercial banks, the opening hour rates also saw increases.
At 8:11am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25,190 VND/USD and the selling rate at 25,512 VND/USD, up 10 VND from November 13.
The buying rate at BIDV also stood at 25,190 VND/USD, up 10 VND, and the selling rate 25,504 VND/USD, up 8 VND./.
