The Edtech Vietnam 2021 - Discovering “startup stars" contest, which aims to honour technological solutions serving digital education development at training establishments, has been launched by the National Startup Support Centre of Vietnam and the Bach Khoa Hanoi Technology Investment and Development One Member Company Limited (BK-Holdings).

Hanoi (VNA) – The Edtech Vietnam 2021 - Discovering “startup stars"contest, which aims to honour technological solutions serving digital educationdevelopment at training establishments, has been launched by the  National Startup Support Centre of Vietnam andthe Bach Khoa Hanoi Technology Investment and Development One Member CompanyLimited (BK-Holdings).

The competition is part of activities within the framework of the Edtech Vietnam Festival 2021.

The application round will last until June 20. The organising board will select fivebest projects for the final round which will take place from June 28-July 16.

Winners of the contest will have a chance to be candidates at Techfest Vietnam2021.

According to the World Economic Forum, Edtech is a very hot market worldwide,just behind Fintech and E-Commerce. Private investment in Edtech globally has averagelyexpanded by 32 percent per year.

The Edtech Vietnam Festival 2021 aims to explore, support and honourtechnological solutions to education - culture - sport development, andstartups initiative in universities, and increase the applicability of projectsthrough consulting experts’ advice about digital transformation.

It also serves as a business-matching event, offering a venue for investors to seekpartners for developing potential projects./.

Ahn Byung Chan, a former reporter for the Republic of Korea (RoK)’s Hankook Ilbo newspaper was the last Korean journalist to leave Sai Gon (now Ho Chi Minh City) on the early morning of April 30, 1975 on the flight that he believed the last one from the US Embassy's building rooftop on April 30.
