Efforts to find 22 victims in mountain landslide hitting army barracks

Search and rescue forces are working to find twenty two 22 officers and soldiers who were missing after a landslide engulfed their base in the mountainous area of Quang Tri Province on October 18.

The incident in Quang Tri province occurred at 1:25am on Oct. 18 in Cop hamlet where 27 officers and soldiers of Defence - Economic Division 337 under Military Zone 4 stayed to help local residents overcome disaster consequences.
