International bands will perform in a massive live concert, MTV EXIT, at Hanoi ’s My Dinh Stadium on May 26.
The MTV EXIT (End Exploitation and Trafficking) concert is a return ofthe MTV EXIT campaign to Vietnam as a nation-wide initiative tocombat human trafficking.
The concert is produced inpartnership with the Vietnam government, the US Agency forInternational Development, the Australian Government’s Agency forInternational Development, and the Association of Southeast AsianNations.
The bands performing will be rock bandSimple Plan from Canada , pop band from the Republic of Korea(RoK) Eyed Giris and Australian singer Kate Miller Heldke.
After performing to screaming fans across Asia, this will be SimplePlan’s first-ever live performance in Vietnam . The concert willpremiere on Vietnam Television and on MTV Vietnam in May 2012.
