Fatherland Front leader pays Tet visit to top Buddhist monks

Thien Nhan visited Most Venerable Thich Pho Tue, Supreme Patriarch of
the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, and other Buddhist dignitaries, in Hanoi on
February 13 ahead of the Lunar New Year (Tet), the country’s biggest
holiday.

the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, and other Buddhist dignitaries, in Hanoi on

Over past years, the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) has always been an active member of the VFF, Nhan stated.
He expressed hope that the VBS will continue accompanying the nation in the path towards industrialisation and modernisation.
Most Venerable Thich Pho Tue extended a happy and prosperous New Year wish to the VFF’s Standing Committee’s members.-VNA
