Foreign tourists experience historic floodings in Hoi An

Hoi An ancient town, recognised by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage site in 1999, in late October has been experiencing one of its most severe floods in decades. Many foreigners visiting Hoi An were shocked to see tourist attractions and hotels submerged under floodwaters, disrupting their travel plans. However, they described the experience as both surprising and memorable.
