The Vietnam Railways (VNR) has announced it will provide free train tickets for international journalists who registered to cover the DPRK-USA Hanoi Summit Vietnam, which will take place in Hanoi on February 27-28.
Hanoi has requested local bus operators to offer free transport between February 25 and March 2 to domestic and foreign reporters serving the upcoming summmit between the DPRK and the USA.
Since Hanoi was chosen to host the DPRK - USA summit, there are nearly 3,000 foreign journalists in Hanoi reporting on the summit. For them, Hanoi is the ideal destination for international events.
Foreign news agencies have been full of anticipation at developments of the DPRK-USA Hanoi Summit Vietnam after President Donald Trump arrived in Vietnam on late February 26.
The State media of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) on February 27 reported that the country’s leader Kim Jong-un will pay an official friendship visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on March 1 and 2, following the DPRK-USA Hanoi Summit.
During these days, Hanoi, where the second DPRK-USA Summit is taking place, is more bustling than ever and many of its residents also seem to be eager to welcome the event in their own ways.
