The Ba Ria-Vung Tau Eye Centre in conjunction with Australia’s Holden Brien Vision Institution (HBVI) offered free eye check-up to 140 disabled people in southern coastal Vung Tau city on April 14.
The programme, with a total expense of 51 million VND (2,400 USD) funded by HBVI, offered free glasses and medicine to poor patients and disable people having eye related problems.
The eye centre also made a list of poor patients needing eye operations with the aim of conducting treatment for them in the near future.-VNA
