Hanoi (VNA) – The Tet fair with the theme of “Hapro brings Tet to all families” organised by the Hanoi Trade Corporation opened in Ung Hoa outlying district, Hanoi, on January 19.
This is the second year Hapro has organised the Tet-goods selling point in the form of a Tet market in Ung Hoa in order to boost consumption in the suburban district.
The market introduced to local people many traditional products like bach chung (sticky rice cakes), gio (grilled pork wrapped into cylindrical-shaped blocks), wine, confectioneries, sugar-preserved fruits, rice, beer and other local products.
Nguyen Hai Thanh, Hapro Deputy General Director, said the company signed contracts with producers and suppliers to ensure best prices for consumers.
On this occasion, the company presented 30 Tet gift packages to needy families, helping them have a happy Tet.-VNA
