The recipients include individuals involved in revolutionary activities, those who assisted past revolutions, as well as organisations and units that care for these individuals.

Since the beginning of the year, Hanoi has implemented various practical measures to care for policy beneficiaries. The city has processed and resolved over 6,221 applications for preferential treatment for revolutionary contributors, their relatives, and other related beneficiaries, with an expenditure of approximately 4.9 billion VND.

So far this year, the city has mobilised nearly 34 billion VND in contribution to the gratitude fund, presented 1,734 savings books worth nearly 5.4 billion VND, and upgraded 53 memorial works dedicated to martyrs with a total cost of more than 157 billion VND, surpassing the set targets.

Between now and the end of the year, localities within the city will continue to implement the health rehabilitation plan for revolutionary contributors and relatives of martyrs. Additionally, they will advise on the development of a resolution on specific policies to support allowances for the groups who are receiving monthly preferential subsidies from the city./.
