20 years after Hanoi received the title “City for Peace” from UNESCO, it is making great efforts to deserve the title, while further upholding the role of a 1,000 years old city.
During these days, Hanoi, where the second DPRK-USA Summit is taking place, is more bustling than ever and many of its residents also seem to be eager to welcome the event in their own ways.
By hosting the second DPRK-USA Summit, Vietnam has showed its foreign policy, resolve and desire to contribute to peace and stability in the region and the world at large, said a senior diplomat.
