Hanoians had a chance to enjoy the quintessence of the Republic of Korea (RoK)’s traditional culture at a concert presented by leading artists from the country on July 3.
Members of the Gugak Chungnam orchestra from Cheonan city, who are well-known for their creativity on the basis of traditional culture, brought the audience to a feast of arts with grand musical and dancing performances.
RoK Ambassador to Vietnam Jun Dae Joo said he hopes through this programme, more Vietnamese people get to know and love the time-honoured culture of his country, thus helping strengthen bilateral ties.
The concert, themed “Korea Fantasy – Sound, Dance and Performance”, will come to Ho Chi Minh City on July 6.-VNA
