Hanoi promotes high-end hotel experiences

For the first time, the Department of Tourism of Hanoi has provided locals and tourists a chance to experience services at 4-5-star hotels. The promotional program aims to promote Hanoi’s image and brand, while seeking ways to increase room occupancy rates at local luxury hotels.

A series of 4-5 star hotels in Hanoi have launched promotional packages and discounts, targeting Hanoi residents and domestic tourists.

In addition to preferential pricing policies, these high-end hotels have also developed promotional service packages, such as all-inclusive dining, tea parties, conferences, and discount vouchers for clients.

Participating the collective promotional campaign, high-end hotels in Hanoi also wish to enhance their brand recognition, expand domestic market, and attract potential customers within the capital city.

Hanoi currently has over 3,700 accommodation establishments, including more than 600 hotels and apartment complexes rated from 1 to 5 stars.

Since the beginning of the year, the number of visitors and overnight stays in the city has increased, but has not yet reached pre-COVID-19 levels. Therefore, this promotional campaign is expected to effectively attract tourists and increase room occupancy rates at luxury hotels./.
