Hanoi streets embellished to welcome SEA Games 31

Some 2,000 banners along with billboards on the largest regional sporting event have been on display along main roads, in public places and downtown Hanoi. Competition venues are also adorned with flower pots.

Themed For a stronger South East Asia, SEA Games 31 will run from May 12 to 23 in 12 provinces and cities, of which, Hanoi is the main host of the opening and closing ceremonies of the SEA Games, and most of the competitions, will be held at 18 venues across the city. (Photo: VNA)
