Vietnamese people will once again have the chance to enjoy a selection of European dishes at the 5 th European Culinary Festival that is scheduled to take place at the National Library in the capital city of Hanoi on May 22.
The festival is held every year by the European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham) in Vietnam to mark “European Days” all over the world.
This is an important social event that links Vietnam with the rest of the world and especially Europe , said the festival’s organisers.
According to Preben Hjortlund, the Vice Chairman of EuroCham in Vietnam , it is culture that brings countries together and if they want to be successful in another country, entrepreneurs should know and understand the local culture.
During the festival, visitors will also be entertained with music and dancing with performances by a number of well known Hanoian bands.
The annual event has been held since 2005./.
