Japan Information and Communications Technology Day (Japan ICT Day) will be held in Hanoi on Nov. 24-25 to promote the exchange of information, knowledge and experience in IT between Vietnamese and Japanese businesses.
Annual Japan ICT Day, which was first held in 2007, is a joint effort of the Vietnamese Ministry of Information and Communications, Japan Information Industry Association (JISA), Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organisation (ASOCIO) and Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO), and has become a prestigious event for the two countries’ IT business.
Main activities include seminars on “Japan-Vietnam Information Technology Cooperation towards Vietnamese market” and “Human resources development for long-term Vietnam-Japan IT cooperation” as well as fact-finding tours and partners’ meetings on the sidelines of the Day./.
