Surachai Liengboonlertchai, Vice President of the Senate of Thailand, made the suggestion at his meeting on December 14 with Chairwoman of HCM City People’s Council Nguyen Thi Quyet Tam, during his working visit to Vietnam .

The Thai official noted that those problems are also facing other big and populous cities in the world.
