HCM City to host tech expos in September

The International Exhibition of Products, Telecommunications Services, Information Technology and Communications (ICT Comm) and the International Exhibition of Film and Television Technology (TELEFILM 2020) will be held together in Ho Chi Minh City in September.

HCM City (VNA) -
The International Exhibition ofProducts, Telecommunications Services, Information Technology andCommunications (ICT Comm) and the International Exhibition of Film andTelevision Technology (TELEFILM 2020) will be held together in Ho Chi Minh Cityin September.

The fifth ICTComm is expected to attract 500 exhibitors from25 countries and territories, including from those with a highly developed ICTsector.

They will showcase the latest telecom products and servicesand information and communication technologies, including wirelesstechnologies, mobile applications, web solutions, internet services, servicemanagement, electronic products and services, audio equipment, networkinfrastructure, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technology andothers.

The eighth Vietnam TELEFILM, the only exhibition in Vietnamfor content production and television rights, has attracted leading film andtelevision producers and distributors from Vietnam and around the world.

Over the years the annual exhibition has been a place fortrading film and television content and technologies, innovative applicationequipment and related services.

It has become very popular with local and internationalexperts.

Visitors will have a chance to experience innovative televisionapplication systems on the internet inherited from the strong development ofinformation technology and artificial intelligence, according to the organisers.

The exhibitions are a place for businesses to network andexplore business opportunities and discover new technologies and market trendsin the region.

Organised by Adpex JSC, the National Agency for TechnologyEntrepreneurship and Commercialisation Development, the Vietnam Association forInformation Processing, Vietnam Internet Association, and Vietnam DigitalCommunication Association, the exhibitions will be held from September 17 to 19at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre./.
