Ho Chi Minh City will facilitate the participation of San Marino businesses in the city’s projects, affirmed Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Le Hoang Quan while receiving a San Marino delegation on October 18.
Quan welcomed the San Marino minister of economy and international cooperation and the delegation to the city, saying that the ties between Vietnam and the western European country have been growing after the establishment of diplomatic ties in 2007.
He pledged that Ho Chi Minh City, as Vietnam’s largest economic hub, will make efforts to promote the cooperation between the two countries.
Thanking Vietnam for supporting San Marino at international forums, Minister Antonella Mularoni stated that it is time for the two countries to lift their diplomatic ties to a new height and enhance bilateral cooperation in the fields of economics, culture, education and the environment.
