High quality for ethnic language programmes

Leaders of five broadcasting stations in the Central Highlands agreed to increase both time allocations and quality of programmes in ethnic languages at a meeting to review their activities during the past six months on June 23.
Leaders of five broadcasting stations in the Central Highlands agreed to increase both time allocations and quality of programmes in ethnic languages at a meeting to review their activities during the past six months on June 23.

Additionally, they will also increase quality of reportage and provide training for staff including correspondents, editors and technicians in a more professional manner, especially broadcasting staff at district and provincial levels.

Stations in the Central Highlands have implemented hundreds of programmes on State and Party policies and farmers’ economic development models in the eight ethnic languages of Ede, M’Nong, K’Ho, Chu Ru, Bah Nar, Jrai, Sedang and Je Chieng that contribute to improving lives of ethnic minorities in the locality.

They also exchanged information and outstanding reportage with their counterparts from other provinces through a joint programme entitled “Rhythm of Life in the Central Highlands”./.
