Hue introduces free public restrooms for tourists

In line with its goal to create a "Civilized - Friendly - Safe - and Culturally Rich" tourism environment, Hue city in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue has invested in building and upgrading its public restrooms. The move has left a positive impression on visitors.

This is one among free public restrooms located near the Imperial Citadel. Designed to blend with the natural surroundings, these restrooms offer convenience and satisfaction to tourists.

The city has upgraded and built free public restrooms along the banks of the Huong (Perfume) River, and near tourist areas like the Imperial Citadel and Da Vien Islet.

The local authorities have encouraged businesses and residents, to open their restrooms to tourists for free. This initiative has helped foster friendly interactions between locals and visitors. So far, nearly 500 free restroom locations have been established in the city center.
