Deputy Minister of Public Security Pham Quy Ngo on May 8 had a working session with visiting Hungarian Deputy State Secretary for the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice Gabor Fekete on the implementation of a residential management project.
Ngo stressed the importance of the Hungarian Government-funded project in reforming administrative procedures and institutionalising public administration in residential management in Vietnam .
The Deputy Minister proposed the Hungarian side soon implement a credit agreement for the project, making it effective and on schedule.
He suggested the Hungarian Government consider providing more official development assistance for the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security in order to expand the project to other provinces, apart from a pilot scheme in the northern city of Hai Phong .
Fekete affirmed Hungary’s support to help Vietnam implement the project, which was signed during the 4 th session of the Vietnam-Hungary Joint Committee in Hanoi in October 2012, with highest results.-VNA
