Jakarta (VNA) – Indonesia’s Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) signed the technical cooperation guidelines (TCG) with the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the fisheries sector.
The TCG was signed by Indonesian Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono and Chinese Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Han Jun in Beijing on November 9 under the witness of Indonesian President Prabowo and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
The TCG signing is part of the Implementation of Arrangement the two parties had signed in early September last year. This signing also strengthened cooperation between the two countries on sustainable fisheries.
