Jakarta (VNA) – The police of Indonesia evacuated people living in the outskirts of Jakarta on December 10 after discovering a bomb in a raid on suspected Islamic militants who were planning to attack the presidential palace.

The bomb was found in a cooker. Police explosive experts presented at the scene.
Two men and a woman were arrested. The spokesman added that the three are suspected to be members of a militant network involving a bomb-making establishment raided last month in West Java province.
