International trade expos open in HCM City

Three international exhibitions namely Rubber & Type Vietnam, Paper Vietnam, and Coatings Expo Vietnam kicked off in Ho Chi Minh City on June 13.

HCM City (VNA) – Three internationalexhibitions namely Rubber & Type Vietnam, Paper Vietnam, and Coatings ExpoVietnam kicked off in Ho Chi Minh City on June 13.

This year’s expos have drawn 220 businesses from16 countries including the US, the Republic of Korea, Japan, China, Germany,Austria, India, Italy, and Vietnam.

The events introduce the latest technologies andmachines of the paper manufacturing and wood-pulp industry, rubber and tyremanufacturing, painting, dying and printing products around the world as wellas provide opportunities for businesses to expand cooperation and markets.

Other activities include a business matchingprogramme to connect potential partners and a workshop to update the newcutting-edge technologies for businesses.

The exhibitions will run until June 15, expectedto lure 6,000 visitors.-VNA
