Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son presented the award to the Ambassador of Ireland in Hanoi on August 18.

Ambassador Maeve Collins thanked the Vietnamese State and Government for granting her this noble award, considering it as representing Vietnam ’s friendly sentiment towards the Irish people.

The diplomat affirmed she will continue with active contributions to consolidating and developing the friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Ireland. /.
