Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Feb. 29 received a delegation of Japanese professors led by Morita Akira, President of Japanese Society for Public Administration.
The delegation is visiting the Ho Chi Minh National Politics and Administration Academy under a cooperation programme in training cadres in local academies using funds from the Japan International Cooperation Agency.
The deputy prime minister said high-quality human resources development is one of the breakthrough measures in Vietnam’s socio-economic growth strategy till 2020.
