The agreement was signed in November 2011 during President Nazarbayev’s official visit to Vietnam.
The document is aimed at boosting legal cooperation and assistance in civil cases on the principle of respecting mutual sovereignty, equality and interests.
It will minimise legal assistance procedures for citizens of both countries.-VNA
