Vietnam, Kazakhstan upgrade relations to strategic partnership

General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam and his spouse, along with the Vietnamese delegation, paid a state visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan from May 5-7 at the invitation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Etno-Aul vividly portrays the life and culture of the Kazakh nomads. Located near the Kazanat horse racing track in the capital of Astana, the complex spans approximately 2,500 square metres and includes 30 traditional yurts designed in an ancient style, offering visitors an authentic experience of nomadic life.

Da Nang expands global reach with new direct flights to Kazakhstan and CIS

Truong Thi Hong Hanh, Director of Da Nang’s Department of Tourism, said the launch of the Almaty-Da Nang route marked a significant milestone in enhancing Da Nang’s tourism links with Kazakhstan and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). It is expected to attract visitors from this promising market to Da Nang and the central region of Vietnam.

New air routes to link Da Nang with Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan's national flag carrier Air Astana and SCAT Airlines have scheduled flights from Almaty and Astana to Da Nang starting this June, after the two airlines worked with the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) to launch the new air routes.
