Chairman of the Lao National Assembly Xaysomphone Phomvihane and the Lao NA delegation on December 7 paid a working visit to Que Lam group, a leading organic fertilizer maker based in Binh Xuyen district, the northern province of Vinh Phuc.

Vinh Phuc (VNA) – Chairman of the Lao NationalAssembly XaysomphonePhomvihane and the Lao NA delegation on December 7 paid a working visit to QueLam group, a leading organic fertilizer maker based in Binh Xuyen district, thenorthern province of Vinh Phuc.

The Lao NA leader saidat a working session with the group's executives that the organic fertilizer productionprocess of Que Lam group would be useful for Laos’ agriculture, and urged thegroup to explore cooperation with Laos in organic agriculture.  

Earlier, the Lao delegation toured the Que Lam Biotech fertilizer plant and amodel of biosafe organic pig farming run by Que Lam group.

After20 years of development, Que Lam is a leading organic fertilizer producer inVietnam with a network of 13 member companies, including 8 fertiliser plants. Thegroup has a total production capacity of over 1 million tonnes of fertilizer.Its products have been exported to Laos and Cambodia./.
