Lawmakers gave feedback on the draft revised Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) at the National Assembly’s plenary session in Hanoi on November 12.
Discussions focussed on the structure and functions of VFF operations, the front’s rights and duties to supervise and comment on social issues, and the fight against corruption.
They also heard a report on the draft law on labour safety and hygiene and talked through the amendments to the draft law on military service.
On November 13, the NA is scheduled to discuss the revised civil code, law on sea and island resources and environment, and veterinary law.-VNA
