Also on November 8, President Truong Tan Sang and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung extended their congratulations to Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni and Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hunsen, respectively.
On the occasion, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung cabled a message to President of the Cambodian Senate, Samdech Chea Sim, and Cambodia ’s National Assembly Chairman, Samdech Heng Samrin.
Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also extended greetings to his Cambodian counterpart, Hor Namhong./.
