Hanoi (VNA) – State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on July 14 sent a message of congratulations to President of France Emmanuel Macron on the occasion of the 232nd anniversary of National Day of France (July 14).

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also cabled a congratulatory message to his French counterpart Jean Castex.

On the occasion, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son sent congratulations to French Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Yves Le Drian./.
