The Sai Gon - Ham Tan Tourism Joint Stock Company (SHTC) signed a contract with the US-based Marriott to manage its Courtyard hotel in Ho Chi Minh City on April 7.
The 200-room hotel is part of a 4-star resort, which covers an area of 200ha in Lagi Town in the central province of Binh Thuan, 130km north of HCM City.
Total investment for the resort, which is expected to open in 2012, will be 150 million USD./.
