The month-long campaign will starton October 10. It will be located in major supermarkets, shoppingcentres, and plazas in major cities throughout the country. The campaignaims to help drivers improve their road skills and remind them of theirresponsibilities to themselves and other commuters as well as educatingthem on good tyre care.
In 2011, Federation Internationale del’Automobile (FIA) headquartered in Paris launched the Action for RoadSafety campaign in support of a United Nations’ decade-long programmesupporting the same. Also that year, Michelin signed a partnershipagreement with FIA that broadened the federation campaign’s reach andmobilised Michelin’s resources throughout the world.
