Hanoi (VNA) – Mitsubishi Vietnam will recall more than 2,500 Pajero carsimported into Vietnam from 2007 to 2016 nationwide starting from November 1.

Thecars will be recalled for checking and replacement of failed airbags. They willbe recalled until October 31, 2019, with repair time taking between 30 and 108minutes per vehicle.

Therecall is attributed to the possibility that catalyst inside the airbag’s fusecould degenerate due to temperature change after a long period of use, causingthe fuse’s cover to break when the airbag is activated.

TheVietnam Register has recommended clients of Mitsubishi Vietnam bring their carsin for checks to ensure safety.-VNA

Banks need to promote data analysis to minimise financial crime

The SBV has also recently issued Decision No. 67/QD-NHNN on a digital transformation project aimed at deploying core utilities for the development of the banking sector, ensuring connection with Project 06.
