The Hanoi People’s Committee has approved the construction of four car parks in Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung and Cau Giay districts, which are scheduled to begin construction in 2013.
Three other car parks in Hoan Kiem district are also to be built, starting in the third quarter of this year.
The Municipal People’s Committee has also approved a proposal by the company Bac Viet to build two car parks in Hai Ba Trung and Dong Da districts, and the Hanoi Car Parking Company will construct two automatic steel-framed car parks in Hoan Kiem and Ba Dinh districts.
The Hanoi authorities have asked that the construction of two current car park projects in Hai Ba Trung district to be completed by the third quarter of this year.-VNA
