- President Nguyen Xuan Phuc held retreat and official talks with President of the Republic of Korea (RoK) Yoon Suk-yeol in Seoul on December 5, during which the Vietnamese leader affirmed Vietnam consistently values ties with the RoK in its foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, multilateralisation and diversification of relations.
