Opening the event, Phan Anh Son, Vice Presidentand Secretary-General of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations (VUFO),said since the official establishment of the diplomatic relationship onSeptember 11, 1973, bilateral ties have continuously been reinforced anddeveloping.
