Hanoi (VNA) – Members of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee will continue to sit for the 6th session on December 21-22.
In this meeting, the NA Standing Committee will consider amending its Resolution 524/2012/UBTVQH13 dated September 20, 2012 on a number of spending regimes to ensure the operation of the NA, the NA's report on ombudsman work in November, the committee’s work programme in 2022.
Members of the committee will continue to give opinons on a draft resolution on the pilot application of special mechanisms and policies for the development of Can Tho city, and a draft Resolution on fiscal and monetary mechanisms and policies to support the implementation of the socio-economic recovery and development programme.
Alongside, they will also evaluate the implementation of the committee's foreign affairs and international cooperation programme in 2021; consider and approve the programme for 2022; and give opinions on programmes on foreign affairs and international cooperation of the NA Ethnic Council, committees of the NA, the Secretary General of the NA, friendship parliamentary groups, agencies of the NA Standing Committee, the State Audit and the NA Office./.
Nationwide teleconference on 2022 NA supervision programmes held
National Assembly (NA) Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue chaired a nationwide teleconference on November 4 to discuss the 2022 supervision programmes of the legislature and its Standing Committee.
