President Truong Tan Sang made thestatement on March 13 while receiving Mozambican Ambassador AntonioIncacio Junior who was ending his working term in Vietnam .

The President expressed his thanks to Mozambique for its supportat multilateral forums and praised the ambassador's contributions toheightening relations in the past years.

Hesuggested that Mozambique create favourable conditions forVietnamese enterprises to invest in the fields of telecommunications andagriculture to increase two-way trade to 1 billion USD.

Ambassador Inacio Junior expressed his thanks to Vietnam for its support during his working term.

He also informed the President about the progress of projects withViettel Group and the Vietnam Rubber Group, affirming that Mozambiquewill always facilitate Vietnamese enterprises.

Heconsidered the establishment of a Mozambican embassy in Vietnam as animportant step in developing relations and expressed his hope thatVietnam will become the bridge to connect Mozambique with theSoutheast Asian market.

On this occasion, Sang invited his Mozambican counterpart to visit Vietnam at his earliest convenience.-VNA

Zapryanov affirmed that Bulgaria considers Vietnam an important partner and a bridge for Bulgaria to enhance its engagement with member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Senior military, public security officers promoted to higher ranks
