Da Nang city’s steering committee for COVID-19 prevention and control has sought measures to fight the COVID-19 pandemic that has spread to four out of its seven districts.
Social distancing measures should be implemented strictly in high-risk areas to not prolong the social distancing period, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said at a meeting with experts of the Vietnam Medical Association on pandemic prevention and control measures in the new situation.
People living in high risk or very high risk areas must be tested for SARS-CoV-2 three times a week, while those living in other areas tested every five or seven days.
