An exhibition entitled “The Desire for Freedom” opened at Hoa Lo Prison in Hanoi on May 14 to mark the 130th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19).
Ongoing questions regarding the development of the night-time tourism in Hanoi have attracted the involvement of a range of experts. There are many new activities now taking place, but local authorities are struggling to exploit the available potential.
An exhibition being held at Hoa Lo Prison Relic, is displaying special documents and artifacts, sparking admiration of the resilience and will of Vietnam’s revolutionary soldiers, who overcame the hardships of life in a colonial prison and turned it into a surreptitious place of learning.
